Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on plant material purchased online. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can confirm the damage and arrange for a replacement shipment if applicable. Most orders will ship Monday-Wednesday to prevent weekend delays.

We encourage customers to monitor local weather conditions before planting. If temperatures are too cold or the ground is frozen, we recommend waiting until conditions improve. Customers in warmer climates may be able to plant immediately upon arrival.
