No — all plants sold on our website are part of our drop ship program and ship directly from our trusted grower partners. Website inventory differs from our in-store inventory at Down to Earth Garden Center. Availability may vary based on plant size, growing zones, seasonal offerings, and supplier inventory.
No — online plant orders are shipped directly from our trusted grower partners and are not available for in-store pickup at our Eau Claire location.
Our online shop allows us to offer a much larger selection of plants through our grower network, including specialty and hard-to-find varieties that may not be available at our Eau Claire location.
Unfortunately, no. Since website plants ship directly from our growers, we are unable to pull or hold them at our store.
Plants are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our growers to help ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive.
Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email with photos for confirmation.
Once confirmed:
- Damaged hard goods/home décor will be credited to the original form of payment.
- Damaged plant material will be reshipped.
Online hard goods and home décor returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and will be credited in the form of a physical gift card or e-gift card.
