PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Thank you for your interest in using Down to Earth Garden Center as a backdrop for your photography session. We are honored to be part of your special moments and creative work.

To help maintain an enjoyable experience for all guests, customers, and staff, we ask that all photographers and clients review and follow the guidelines below before booking a session.

Scheduling & Booking

  • Photography sessions are available by appointment only.
  • Sessions may only be scheduled on weekdays during approved hours.
  • To request availability, please contact Christine at christine@dwntoearth.com.
  • All photographers must sign a liability waiver prior to the session.

Session Guidelines

  • Sessions must remain respectful of customers, staff, retail areas, and greenhouse operations.
  • Please avoid blocking walkways, displays, entrances, or shopping areas during your session.
  • No furniture, plants, displays, or merchandise may be moved without staff approval.
  • Photographers are responsible for leaving the space exactly as it was found.

Mini Sessions

To preserve the guest experience and maintain the atmosphere of the greenhouse, mini sessions or back-to-back scheduled photography sessions are not permitted at Down to Earth Garden Center.

Weather & Seasonal Availability

As an active greenhouse and retail environment, certain areas may change seasonally or become unavailable due to events, maintenance, or business operations. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

Respecting the Space

Down to Earth Garden Center is a shared environment designed for shopping, inspiration, and community enjoyment. We kindly ask all photographers and clients to be courteous to fellow guests while using the space.

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue photography sessions that do not follow these guidelines.
