ALL HOUSEPLANT SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. “LOCAL VENDOR” ITEMS MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE FROM THE SAME VENDOR.

Down to Earth Garden Center guarantees the life of perennials, trees & shrubs for 30 days from purchase date. Credit for returns will be given on a DTE gift card. Acts of God & neglect will not be covered by our guarantee.

• We will not accept returns on items that have been damaged after they have been worn.
• ALL items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags still attached.
• ALL items must be free of deodorant, make-up, perfume, smoke, stains & pet hair.
