Any hard good returns will be credited in the form of a physical gift card or e-gift card; customer's choice. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. *Damaged product - within 48 hours of delivery, once confirmed via email with photos, will be credited to the original form of payment. 
All plant material is non-returnable; damaged plant material will be reshipped once confirmed.
